Work through the coursework
Video, written lessons, and downloadable templates you can use with real clients immediately. Most people finish in four to six weeks working evenings. Take longer if you need to. Access does not expire.
Pass each course exam
Every course closes with its own quiz and final exam. Unlimited attempts, because we care that you know it, not that you got it on the first try.
Get certified
The fifth pass triggers your ICC-1 certificate automatically, along with your CEU completion documentation. Nothing to request, nothing to wait on.

Already certified? There is a second door.
ICC-1 stands on its own. But if you hold a professional credential and you want clients rather than just coursework, we also hire coaches onto the IGNIT3 roster and send them clients directly.

We are selective about this
Roster coaches represent our name to paying clients, so the bar is higher than it is for the certification. To be considered you need one of the following:
- NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, NCSF or comparable CPT
- CNC or an equivalent nutrition credential
- CanFitPro certification
- A degree in exercise science, kinesiology, athletic training, nutrition, or a related field
- Currently enrolled in, or recently lapsed from, any of the above
ICC-1 is also required to coach under our name. If you earn it here, that requirement is already met when you apply.

Before you enroll
Do I need a CPT first?
No. ICC-1 is open enrollment and you can start today. Most people who take it are already credentialed and using it to renew, but you do not have to be. Worth saying plainly, though: ICC-1 teaches you to run an online coaching practice, not to assess and program for a human body from scratch. If you do not hold a CPT or equivalent yet, get one alongside this.
Are the CEUs accepted by my certifying body?
Course-by-course CEU approval status is listed on each course page. Approval is granted per certifying organization, so check the specific course against the body you recertify through before you count on the credit.
I already bought one of these courses. Am I paying twice?
No. Email us with your receipt and we will credit what you already spent toward the bundle, up to 90 days from your first course purchase.
How long do I have access?
Permanently, including updates. When we rebuild a course, you get the rebuilt version at no additional cost.
Does ICC-1 expire?
No. Once you earn it, it is yours. There is no renewal fee, no recertification cycle, and no annual charge. We are not going to bill you every two years to keep something you already earned.
What if I want to coach for IGNIT3 later?
Your ICC-1 carries over and satisfies our certification requirement. You would still need to meet the roster prerequisites listed above and go through our application, since coaching for us is a different commitment than certifying with us.
